- Medical imaging through optical coherence tomography indicated clinical improvement during the day-care surgery, and PIMS officials confirmed the former prime minister remained vitally stable throughout the procedure before discharge.
- Party Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan confirmed the medical visit but stated, "Whatever the treatment, our concern remains unanswered," while continuing to demand care under personal physicians.
- Earlier this month, Khan's wife Bushra Bibi also underwent eye treatment while incarcerated at Adiala, and the couple's ongoing medical needs continue fueling demands for improved hospital-based care arrangements.
