The gym operator VivaGym, backed by the Providence Equity Partners venture capital fund, announced Monday the acquisition of the Synergym chain, also present in the Spanish market. The binding agreement between the two Malaga chains and competitors is subject to the approval of the Synergym regulatory authorities progressing towards the 100 million in turnover level after growing 39.2% in the first quarter
