Images of Belgian woman crossing railway with buggy go around the world: 'Horrible'

As far as Canada and the United States, people are watching a video of a woman crossing the train tracks in Sint-Niklaas in East Flanders with her children in a buggy. Earlier this week, railway manager Infrabel distributed the remarkable images from the security cameras at Sint-Niklaas station. Even international media have picked them up in the meantime.
