The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says a Grayville, Illinois woman was arrested early Tuesday morning following a two vehicle T-bone crash with injuries on State Road 168 near County Rod 500 West. 27-year-old Charli Sullivan is facing a charge of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
