Mariana Leitão spoke to journalists on the sidelines of the participation of the Forums of the Future, an event organized by the IL study office, after being questioned about what demands the party will bring to the meeting this Wednesday with the Government on the State Budget for 2027.
The president of IL today argued that the next budget should not provide for expenditure increases and should reduce taxes and called on the government to present measures to relieve "suffocation" resulting from the rise in the cost of living.
