LiberationThe chic and urban fashion brand IKKS was placed in judicial reform, a procedure that threatens the more than 1,000 jobs of the group, learned, this Friday, the AFP at the Paris Economic Court, confirming an information of the Échos.
However, in 2024 IKKS, at the end of its payments, had obtained from its creditors the abandonment of debts and from its investors the injection of liquidity.
Many iconic signs in downtown and commercial areas have been in difficulty since the Covid-19 pandemic.
The French brand joins the long list of brands affected by the clothing crisis. Entities in Spain and Belgium are not included in the procedure.
The brand had been experiencing financial difficulties for several years. It had obtained the abandonment of certain debts in 2024.
