An inspection of the IGAS concluded that the Gynecology and Obstetrics service of the ULS Almada-Seixal had flaws in the organization and planning of the work. The report points to a lack of specialist doctors, frequent closures and difficulties in the response to users during the period analyzed, in April and May 2025.
