After eight months of operations in southern Lebanon the IDF’s 7th Brigade completed its mission, the Israeli army said on November 3, claiming about 3,500 Hezbollah sites destroyed and about 400 fighters killed. The figures are the IDF’s own.
The 7th Brigade Combat Team has completed eight months of intensive operational activity in the Saluki, Qantara and Halitani areas of southern Lebanon. During the operation, the forces destroyed approximately 3,500 terrorist infrastructures, including underground tunnels and Iranian-funded "safe cities", eliminated approximately 400 terrorists and located hundreds of weapons.
