CNN obtained dashcam footage of a shooting involving ICE agents in central California, where officers surrounded a vehicle after a collision. DHS has confirmed the suspect was taken to the hospital. ICE Director Todd Lyons said the suspect is an undocumented immigrant and gang member “wanted in El Salvador for questioning in connection to a murder.”
