One of the axes of the 2030 Flight Plan, the strategy that marks the Iberia roadmap for the coming years, is to improve and raise the experience of its customers. With this aim, the airline opens a new VIP room on Thursday at Terminal 4 of the Adolfo Suárez-Madrid Barajas Airport: Iberia Emerald Lounge Sorolla, which takes a further step in the customization of the service.
Compared to Star Alliance and SkyTeam, the Oneworld alliance has a special feature: there are not only two but three overall status levels.
