The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) presented today, before the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS), an update on the situation of political prisoners in Venezuela, underlining that enforced disappearances and torture continue to occur. "Arbitrary deprivation of liberty for political reasons is one of the most serious manifestations of the collapse of the rule of law in Venezuela.
