BELLEFONTE, Pa. (WTAJ) — An exit on Interstate 80 is closed Monday after an incident in Centre County. The incident forced the closure of the westbound I-80 on-ramp at exit 161 in Bellefonte July 21, according to emergency officials. The closure is impacting access to I-80 westbound from I-99.
