Hyderabad: Cops get nod for DNA tests on 5 rape accused

With investigations in the Jubilee Hill gang rape case picking up pace, city police have zeroed in on a cutting-edge forensic technique - DNA sampling - to collate damning proof of crime. After bagging the nod of a local criminal court and Juvenile Justice Board, police will soon take DNA samples of five accused, including the 18-year-old boy, who were allegedly involved in the gang-rape of a teenage girl on May 28.
