HY Athletes were out in force at the Mike Rowbottom Open in Tonbridge this Bank Holiday, starting the day off with the Hammer. Jayne Baldock threw 29.26m, Jenna Harmer 28.83m, next was under 13 Elsie Harmer who threw 26.26m a personal best of over 4 meters, Sophie Sims also threw a PB with 23.82m, an amazing 6m further than her previous best.
