Hwy. 1 intersections at 97B and 30th top vehicle crash hotspots for Salmon Arm

ICBC said 15 crashes hit the 97B intersection in 2025, while 30th Street logged 80 crashes over five years.

Highway intersections continue to be hot spots for motor-vehicle crashes in Salmon Arm. ICBC recently dropped data on crashes, injury and auto crime for 2025. Regarding the province as a whole, the total number of crashes last year recorded by ICBC was 307,440. Between 2016 and 2025, that total was below the 2016 high of 335,792.
