Huntsville paying $275K to settle lawsuit over motor vehicle accident injuries

The Huntsville City Council approved a $275,000 settlement of a lawsuit brought by three Hispanic residents who claimed they were injured in an automobile accident.Thursday’s city council agenda listed the city as a defendant in a case brought in March of last year by Jose D. Casiano-Esteban, Fabiana Domingo-Felipe and Domingo-Felipe’s minor son against the driver of a vehicle in an accident they were involved in on Feb. 27, 2024.
