Hundreds in Tallahassee protest the state's ban on AP African American studies

The civil rights activist, Rev. Al Sharpton led a rally at the Florida Capitol Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023 in Tallahassee, Fla. Sharpton began at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church and ended at the steps of the Senate Portico. Sharpton looks to combat Gov. Ron DeSantis and his administration over the halt of an Advanced Placement course in African American studies in public classrooms.
