The human bones found in Gatineau Park on September 7th belong to Ludovic Anthony Florent Chauvin, a 44-year-old man from Ottawa who was reported missing on February 8th. His vehicle was found in the P11 parking lot in the Meech Lake area on February 14th. Terrestrial searches were then organized to locate Mr. Chauvin, in vain.
