BY MIKE WARREN EDITOR WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The race is set for two seats up for grabs on the Wisconsin Rapids Board of Education. Following the Feb. 21 Primary Election, four of five candidates have advanced to the spring election April 4. Unofficial results show the top vote-getter was Kathi Stebbins-Hintz, with 2,617.
