The Constitutional Court published the reason for rejecting the law on pension reform of judges. The CCR judges found that the Government had to wait for CSM's opinion on the draft law before it was adopted in its sitting.
The vice-president of PNL Ciprian Ciucu responds after the decision of the Constitutional Court that has blocked the reform of the pensions of the judges and calls for the organisation of a national referendum so that citizens can speak directly about the elimination of the rights of the public system.
