House of Commons speaker just accidentally called Keir Starmer prime minister

House of Commons speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle accidentally referred to Labour leader Keir Starmer as 'prime minister' in today's PMQs (1 February). Hoyle got caught up telling MP Jonathan Gullis off for talking throughout the session.
