Hotel owners oppose 15-day Dasara Food Mela, seek venue outside city

The Mysuru Hotel Owners’ Association has opposed the proposed 15-day Dasara Food Mela, arguing that an extended mela in the city would affect the business of licenced hotels and restaurants, and has urged the government to shift the event to the outskirts of Mysuru.
