Two workers died and two were critically injured after a car crash. The speeding vehicle struck the group during roadside installation work early Thursday. Injured workers received treatment at a nearby private hospital. Police impounded the Delhi-registered car involved in the collision. A case of rash and negligent driving causing death was registered.
Following the accident in Gurugram, questions are being raised about the security arrangements at the scene. According to police, workers were installing grills on the expressway near Shri Ram Chowk in New Palam Vihar.
