Hong Kong confirms 3 new imported cases of chikungunya fever

HONG KONG, AUG 6 – Three chikungunya fever cases were imported from endemic regions Guangdong and Bangladesh, involving residents aged 10 to 79, health authorities said on Wednesday.

Cases involve 79-year-old woman who recently returned from Guangdong province’s Foshan, and father and son who travelled to Bangladesh.
