Homes Under Hammer star fears Leek house 'at risk of falling down'

Summary by Ground News
A four-bedroom end-of-terrace in Leek, North Staffordshire, was on the market for just £39,000 to £44,000. But when presenter Martin Roberts first visited the house, he saw a bigger problem. The side wall of the house was bowing out and a structural engineer would be brought in to assess exactly what was happening. Twenty months later, the house had been fully redecorated and a new kitchen and first-floor bathroom had been added. It had also had new central heating, wiring, flooring and double glazing.
