Lang 9/18/25 A homeless man is accused of threatening another person with a multi-tool. Iowa City Police say just before 6:15 Wednesday night 43-year-old Abdiqani Haji Mohamud was involved in a verbal altercation outside 501 Southgate Avenue when he pulled out a multi-tool with several tools exposed and threatened to use it as a weapon against the other subject.
