Forty years after its creation by Jean-Louis and Marie-France Hecht, the Boulenge d'Antan continues to give life to its artisanal know-how in Hombourg-Haut. Reprised in 2018 by their children, Aurélie Meskane and Julien Hecht, the family business has been modernized without giving up home-made. More than 300 pieces of cake were served to celebrate this anniversary with customers.
