HireQuest Announces Ownership Structure Change of MRINetwork to a New Leadership Group of Franchise Owners

HireQuest said recently that MRINetwork's ownership will shift to a leadership group of franchise owners, with HireQuest remaining a partial owner and providing shared services.
The company said the change puts MRINetwork under franchise-owner leadership that brings hands-on recruiting and franchise experience to accelerate value for existing MRINetwork owners and capture executive-search market opportunities.
MRINetwork, founded in 1965, will collaborate with the new leadership group of franchise owners to launch strategic initiatives, and Rick Hermanns, CEO of HireQuest, said `This is a tremendous moment for MRINetwork.`
The company expects the transaction to close in the coming weeks and is subject to customary closing conditions, while Shana Applebaum will leverage recruiting expertise as Managing Director.
Beyond the deal, HireQuest emphasized its divisions provide national purchasing scale and integrated solutions to support MRINetwork, but the company cautioned that forward-looking statements involve risks that may affect results.
