UPDATE November 6 4:30 p.m. — New details have been released about a series of events that led to a large police presence in the Star Village area Thursday afternoon. At around 1:35 a.m. on November 6, police were dispatched to the 100 block of East Signal Drive for multiple reports of gunshots heard in the area.
