A report by the "Kronen Zeitung" on the Mercosur Agreement was to be classified as a commentary without being identified as such, the Press Council explains.
In an article, the "Kronen Zeitung" makes a mood against the controversial Mercorsur free trade agreement between the EU and a number of South American states. The newspaper mixed a fact report with a comment, according to the Press Council.
