Heavy rains make a ‘splash’ in part of Hazleton - The Shenandoah Sentinel

HAZLETON - Heavy rains drenched eastern Pennsylvania early Sunday morning, leading to brief flash flooding in part of Hazleton. A Sentinel photographer captured these scenes as cars on Church Street made a splash through standing water near Elm Street.
