Heavy rains causing flooding in parts of Cayuga County and Onondaga County

Syracuse, N.Y. —Heavy rains Tuesday evening caused flooded roads and water in basements in parts of Cayuga County and Onondaga County.There are reports of flooding in Skaneateles and Mottville in Onondaga County and in Niles in Cayuga County, according to the National Weather Service.
