PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — A pretrial conference in the Amber Spradlin murder case that had been scheduled for Thursday has been postponed for two weeks. Amber Spradlin Special Judge Eddy Coleman issued an order on Tuesday, resetting the hearing for Nov. 6. No reason was given for the delay.
