“If it seems too good to be true, don’t doubt it, it’s a fraud,” says Manuel Martín, president of Anato, the National Association of Support for Obesity Treatments, in view of the growing number of its associates who report that they have been victims of fake online pharmacies: they bought an expensive medicine on the Internet, like Mounjaro or Ozempic, attracted by a discount of more than 30% on the price in pharmacy, but never received it.
