Police officers in Lubin (Lower Silesian Voivodeship) stopped a man who was walking through the city streets around 1 a.m., pushing a baby stroller and acting nervously. As the officers suspected, there was no child in the vehicle. It turned out the man was transporting power cables in the vehicle. It quickly became clear where he had obtained them.
