The arrest took place on 9 February, as part of an intervention between the aforementioned Polish agency and the German and Lithuanian intelligence agencies with the aim of combating attacks by the intelligence services of Belarus, according to the Polish Internal Security Agency itself in a statement.
In Poland, the Internal Security Service has arrested a Belarusian on suspicion of espionage. The suspect was arrested in early February in cooperation with the intelligence services of Germany and Lithuania.
