Turkiye’s Economic Confidence Index Rises in July as Consumer and Services Sentiment Improves

The consumer confidence indicator increased in July for the third consecutive month, while the economic climate, based on business surveys, decreased slightly, today released the National Institute of Statistics (INE).
According to the July economic confidence index data published by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), confidence increased slightly but did not exceed 100 points, the threshold for optimism. In other words, confidence in the economy is still lacking.
