He "tricks" customers to reduce food waste: "It's for the right purpose"

According to a new study from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), 180,000 tons of bread and pastries are thrown away in the country every year. This corresponds to an economic loss of approximately SEK 9 billion and has a significant environmental and climate impact.
