The 18-year-old from the municipality of Zdzieszowice showed exceptional irresponsibility and lost his driver's license just a few hours after he passed the exam. The teenage driver was speeding through the built-up area at 102 kilometres per hour and was stopped by a local SPEED group. It soon became clear that this was not the first time he had broken the rules of the road.
