He Kidnapped a Young Couple, Beat Them and Demanded Money.

He first lured the young couple to a prearranged meeting, then forcibly took them to an abandoned warehouse, police said. There, they testified, he threatened and beat them, demanding money and drugs. The 38-year-old was charged and taken into custody.
