Hazel Park initiates ‘no knock’ registry for door-to-door peddlers

Hazel Park residents will soon be able to join a registry that will prohibit salespeople from knocking on their doors. The City Council held the second reading July 8 of an ordinance establishing the “no knock” registry. By mid-August, residents may sign up on the city’s website, https://www.hazelpark.org.
