City of Pratt plans to create a land bank - Tri-County Tribune

City of Pratt leaders decided to create a land bank to handle property issues within the city limits at the April 21 regular meeting of the Pratt City Commission. This idea has come up numerous times throughout the years. Commissioner Monte Hostetler said he has been a supporter of the idea of a land bank.
