Folks all over Harlan County took advantage of a sunny, if chilly, afternoon on Friday, otherwise known as Halloween. Downtown Harlan hosted Trick or Treat on Main, pulling in an impressive crowd of costume clad trick or treaters strolling through town in search of all sorts of goodies.
