ST. JOSEPH — A Harbor Shores redevelopment now has the go-ahead from the St. Joseph City Commission and the planning commission to proceed with its plans for a parcel of land along the St. Joseph River.

Plans by Harbor Shores for new housing, commercial space, and a marina in St. Joseph have taken another step forward following action by city commissioners this week.
