HappyRobot Raises $150m Series C to Put AI Agents to Work Across the Enterprise
The startup will use the capital to expand enterprise integrations and infrastructure as revenue has grown more than 5x since its last round, the company said.
- HappyRobot secured $150 million in Series C funding, valuing the AI startup at $1.2 billion to expand platform development, enterprise integrations, and hiring.
- The company builds AI agents that manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling within existing enterprise software for 150-plus enterprise customers across telecom, energy, utilities, and airlines.
- Prysm Capital and Eurazeo co-led the round, joined by existing backers a16z and Base10, as the company reported fivefold revenue growth and net dollar retention topping 150% since its Series B.
- Deploying agents across multi-step enterprise workflows remains difficult, said Kerry Wei of Prysm, who framed the company's governance layer as the "missing link" for enterprise adoption.
- Co-Founder Pablo Palafox emphasized that "getting agents to do work is the starting point, not the destination," as the firm expands across Europe from its eight current offices.
