While walking in the park in Aksaray, 64-year-old retired Cafer Bilinçli was attacked by 4 stray dogs. Bilinçli, who was injured in his right arm and left leg, received a total of 76 stitches. Bilinçli, who was rescued with the help of nearby citizens, was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Bilinçli, who was vaccinated against rabies, is still receiving treatment.
