Dr. Youssef Jabarin was elected today (Saturday) to head the Hadash party, after defeating Dr. Shukri Awada, the party's deputy chairman and deputy mayor of Nof HaGalil, in the internal elections. Jabarin replaces Ayman Awada, who recently announced his retirement from political life.
