The Swedish textile chain Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) obtained a net profit attributed to 724 million kroner (67 million euros) at the close of its first fiscal quarter, between December 2025 and February 2026, which represents an increase of 22.7% compared to the result counted in the same period of the previous year, reported Thursday the multinational.
H&M operating profit rises 26% in Q1 despite sales dip
H&M has seen operating profit rise 26% to SEK 1.51bn (£120m) during the first quarter, despite a slight decline in local currency sales and a reduced store count.
