Former Duke track and field standout and recent 2025 graduate Simen Guttormsen was recognized for his phenomenal performance in the classroom and on the field, as he was named the College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America Men's Division I Track & Field/Cross Country Team Member of the Year Wednesday afternoon.

Karas Named CSC Academic All-America - Yale University

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Junior Owen Karas (Columbus, Ohio) of the Yale men's cross country and track and field teams has been named CSC Academic All-America for the 2024-25 season. The organization announced the awards on Wednesday, with a total of 45 student-athletes nationwide honored at the Division I level – 15 on the first team, 15 on the second team and 15 on the third team. Karas made the third team.
