LIVINGSTON — Gum Swamp Road will be closed just north of Miller Road from Tuesday, Sept. 15 to Saturday, Sept. 19.According to Livingston Parish President Randy Delatte, the closure comes as crews work to replace large cross culverts as part of the Better Roads Program.
